- Creating The Design
- Choosing the material between : Leather, Leather & Suede, Leather & Spoon, Wood or Leather & Rubber.
- Choosing the color material, we using pigment color as base color mix with binder (to make make the color last longer)
- Making the pattern to fit with the size and the design.
- Painting proceed on leather or wooden material.
- Starting the drawing and the painting proceed by our worker as an artist.
- Finishing proceed, we using save chemical to make the design more shinny and last longer.
- Gluing and sewing proceed , our specialty in this proceed is how to mix material such as leather, spoon and rubber as a good quality product but still keeping the price reasonable.
- The last proceed is Polishing and put the accessories match with the design or by buyer requested.
